MATERIALS
This suit is made with a few differnt materials, the main armour is cast from a durable platic resin, I reinforced with fiberglass chop and in some areas, with rigid foam to fill in empty unused space, keeping it extreamly light but very srong.
The rest of the suit is cast from a more Flexable plastic, Boots, Neck ring,ankle armour, belly armour and gloves
helmet
The helment is always the most importaint when building a costume. It makes or breaks a suit! I lost track of the hours and revamp versions I did, and I'm still not 100% happy with it, but I am in the 90% mark.

The helment is also cast from Plastic backed with fiberchop. For the light up eyes, I ended up going with micro SMD LEDs which I soldered each one containing 8 LEDs in each eye. It is powered by a 3.7v lithium battery permanatly installed hidden within the helment interior and can be charged with any USB or phone wall charger.
Another Tricky part was soursing the Cape material, which was found at a fabric store in Toronto a freind on mine ended up finding for me, thanks Mr. Spence!

The cape Buckles I ended up casting them in metal PUTER a first for me working with this stuff, but I think they turned out great!

I made this costume on a Maniquuin close to my size 6.2 but it will fit anyone from 5.8 up too 6.4 Some parts I mad adjustable as you can see in the mesurments below:
